◆ Kids Duo: Dive into Fun Responsibilities! ◆
As an English teacher at Kids Duo, you’ll step into an environment that prioritizes educational growth and creativity. Our motto, “Play in English, Learn in English,” captures our mission to provide a fun, safe, and interactive space for children aged 3 to 12. Here, you’ll lead exciting activities such as arts and crafts, music, dance, and outdoor programs, all while fostering confidence and enthusiasm in your students.
With our structured curriculum as a foundation, you’ll have the creative freedom to develop your own unique lesson plans and games, allowing your passion and enthusiasm to shine through every class. Enjoy regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional special events on weekends.
◆ Perks and Compensation ◆
We believe in rewarding our dedicated teachers! Enjoy a competitive starting salary of ¥250,000 to ¥270,000 based on your experience, along with 10 paid days of leave (after six months of employment) plus national holidays. Upon successful completion and re-signing of your contract, receive a bonus of ¥100,000! Benefit from teaching workshops throughout the year that enhance your skills, and receive monthly commuting costs covered up to ¥20,000. Plus, we provide social security, health insurance, and support for visa sponsorship and renewal.
