As an Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will play a pivotal role in our consulting team, supporting clients and candidates across the Banking, Insurance, FinTech and Asset Management Industry. Description

  • Assist in the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients within your sector.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support consultants in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
  • Utilize CRM systems and tools to track candidate and client interactions.

COMPENSATION:
You will start with a guaranteed competitive base salary (based on skills and experience) with quarterly incentive based on your individual performance.
