Supply Planner

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the supply chain process, ensuring stock availability, and working closely with the demand planning team to ensure stable supply. This includes creating the supply plan for up to 30 months, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing stock management and import processes.

Description

• Manage the 18-30 month supply plan in collaboration with the Demand Planning team.
• Work with logistics and transportation teams to ensure proper storage and delivery of products to various channels.
• Oversee product import processes, stock allocation, and supply chain administration, including system management and local copacking.
• Lead the monthly review of the supply section in the S&OP process and contribute to continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency.
• Develop reporting tools and collaborate with international teams to address low or overstock situations.

• 3 years relevant experience in a supply chain planning capacity
• Strong analytical skills and significant experience in supply planning, ideally within a global FMCG company.
• Proficient in Japanese and English, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP
• Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner.
