Ingenium Architect (English only)

We are seeking an Ingenium Architect to manage and lead software development teams focused on the modernization and migration of core insurance systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, including hands-on work with Ingenium and offers a mix of strategic leadership and technical project management. *Japanese language is not required*

• Manage a team of software engineers and oversee the development, modernization, and migration of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful project completion.

• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.

• Experience: 8+ years in software development and leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years in software engineering project management.
• Languages: Fluent in English (Japanese skills are not required)
• Modernization Focus: Proven experience in system migration, upgrades, and modernization projects within the insurance sector.
• Technologies: Expertise in Ingenium, PathFinder, ProductXpress; hands-on experience with DB2, COBOL, JCL, Java, CSS, HTML, and JSP.
• Collaboration: Ability to work across different time zones, including US and Singapore.
