Demand and Supply Planning Manager

As Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team responsible for specific brand areas, to ensure that a robust planning process is in place in order to maintain stable supply to the market. This will be a key role to further enhance the planning process.

Description

• Lead forecasting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to drive success for the business franchise.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support business goals.
• Analyze and resolve supply chain challenges, recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
• Drive successful execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) in coordination with regional teams.
• Manage and develop a team of professionals, fostering growth and enhancing team performance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize inventory, service levels, and financial outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, etc.) nice to have
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Experience in customer interfaces and cross-functional collaboration
