Scope of responsibilities:
• Support in the implementation of all Mahle SAP S4HANA template -related design activities within the Asia hub, including the introduction of regional, BU- and subject-specific process and system templates
• Coordination and operational integration of all relevant systemic and organizational interfaces as regional process expert, cooperate with IT to rollout Mahle SAP S4HANA template in specific plants/companies.
• Reporting of deviations from standard processes to the governance of the domain Controlling
• Setting up expert networks within the Asia Hub
• Assuming the role of a sub-project leader for the domain Finance to actively support the defined (sub) project objectives
• Responsibility for the development of targeted (sub-) process control, ensuring the completeness of the regional process as well as continuous process improvement
• Support for the standardization and harmonization of all ERP processes
• Understand regional and local aspects that must be reflected in SAP and ensure their implementation together with the global governance organization.
• Establish a training program and provide training to local key users
• Collaborate with the team and clearly communicate or escalate to the CFO which shows impacts to the project

Candidate profile
Education and experience level
・University degree in a technical or commercial field of study
• Many years of professional experience in Finance
• hands-on experience in SAP Finance module as functional consultant /expert in Japan
• Deep understanding of the underlying values of the global organization
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Experience in project management on an international level
• Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems, ideally in S/4 Hana
• Very good communication skills and team spirit
• Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Japanese
• Willingness to travel internationally within Asia
