急務!!【東京・茨城】総務マネージャー（工場・施設管理）※茨城工場には総務が不在のため、急務
【ミッション】
- 約200名の現場社員と共に、工場・施設の管理や指導、安全に関する業務遂行をお任せします。
【職務内容】
以下、業務の指揮・指導・実行・改善をお任せします。
- 本社含む関係各所との連携業務
- 業者とFAの仲介
- オフィス施設と資産の維持管理
- 工場関連の固定資産管理
- 駐在員業務
- 従業員以外の管理業務（フリーランス、非従業員、外注ドライバー等）
- HSE（健康安全環境）チームのサポート
- 消防訓練、安全訓練の管理（人事部との連携）
- その他（事務仕事／手配備品購入／オフィスの勤務スケジュール）

Required Skills
【必須経験】
- 総務またはファシリティにおける経験
【勤務地】東京都品川区、茨城県潮来市（工場）
- 茨城県潮来市の工場には、週2-3日程度出張ベースで通勤（東京駅からも高速バス通勤可能）
- 茨城県潮来市は車通勤可能
【備考】
- 業務担当拠点は、茨城工場と秋田工場の2工場（メインオフィスは茨城工場）
- 社内規定では、週2日在宅勤務は認めているが、現場での仕事が基本のため、原則使用できないとお考えください。（※在宅勤務希望の方や通勤に不便さを感じる方は除いてください）
- 面接はGoogle Meetを使用したオンライン面接です。
