We are seeking a Bilingual Test Analyst with expertise in Selenium automation. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with global teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Description

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Plan and report automation status to clients, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with team members through code reviews and pull requests using GitHub.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, and ensure seamless execution during the build process.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers and QA engineers to resolve issues.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation to enhance processes continuously.

• Language: Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 equivalent or higher).
• Experience: 3+ years in testing, with 2+ years in Java and Selenium WebDriver, or 6+ year for senior level.
• CI/CD Expertise: Familiarity with Jenkins pipelines and GitHub version control.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of AI-based testing frameworks, Python, and Playwright is a plus.
