Responsibilities:

• Assist in the selection and approval of equipment based on various factors
• Support assessments related to installation and transportation, collaborating on resource evaluations
• Oversee development projects with assistance from relevant teams
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors for preliminary work
• Lead negotiations involving various aspects of agreements
• Issue requests for quotations and negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree is ideal)
• 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy project procurement management
• Bilingual level Japanese, English, and Chinese
