職務内容:

• 自動車業界における業務プロセス、要件、課題を包括的に分析。
• 各部門のステークホルダーと密接に協力し、ビジネス要件を収集、定義、文書化。
• データおよび市場動向を分析し、ビジネス意思決定を促進するインサイトや提言を提供。
• ワークショップや会議を主催し、ビジネスと技術チーム間の整合性を確保。
• ビジネス要件と技術仕様を実行可能な計画および成果物に変換。
• プロジェクトライフサイクルを通じてビジネスステークホルダーと開発チームの橋渡し役を担う。
• ビジネス目標とユーザーのニーズを満たすソリューションの実装とテストをサポート。
• ServiceNowの専門知識を活用し、業務プロセスの最適化を推進。

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, requirements, and challenges within the automotive domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Analyse data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and testing of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow to enhance business process optimization.

応募資格:

• ServiceNowおよびビジネスアナリストの専門知識。
• 日本語ネイティブレベル（JLPT N1）およびビジネスレベルの英語力。
• Jiraおよびアジャイル手法の知識。

Qualifications:

• Expertise in ServiceNow and business analysis.
• Native Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 level) and business-level English.
• Knowledge of Jira and agile methodologies.
