Job Description
A dynamic and innovative food startup from Japan is making waves in the industry with its unique and high-quality products. This small but rapidly growing company offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development. With its recent expansion into Singapore, the company is looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join its pioneer team.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities and team members, including quality assurance,
- Inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, inbound & outbound shipping and delivery arrangement
- Meet all the KPI targets regularly and analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
- Manage logistics for transporting items to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Comply with export regulations and deliver products to customers accurately
- Three or more years of experience in a warehouse management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
- Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, and Word)
