Job Description 

The business side and the development team will work together to define requirements for new services in-house. In addition, you will also be responsible for contracted development and development management of existing systems.

Project Manager
・New service requirement definition
・Project goal setting and schedule management
・Engineer management
・Recruitment and interviewing of engineers

As the second employee of the “Technology & Design Department,” you will be involved in project management of the entire service you are in charge of.

Required Skills

■Required
・8+ years of experience in web application design, development and operation
・3+ years of experience in developing IT services for toC, and experience in handling failures
・Experience negotiating with the business side, etc.

■Preferred
・Experience in development of IT services for toC
・Coding skills to ensure maintainability/reusability/security
・Experience in technical decision making process
・Desire to work in a global environment in the future
・Able to work independently and proactively
・Previous TL experience
