【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
In this position, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and meet the scope of project requirements and quality standards.
You will facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and work to manage risk and resolve issues.
Additionally, you will assume the dual role of Business Analyst in this position and will be responsible for understanding customer and internal needs and executing recommendations and plans for system requirements.

Proposed project timeline, budget, and resources
2. Team Management:
- Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor processes
- Ensure efficient use of resources to achieve project goals
3. Progress monitoring and reporting:
- Report project progress and status to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Evaluate project health using KPIs and other metrics
4. Business analysis:
- Lead meetings with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs
- Propose and build solutions
5. Risk management:
- Identify, evaluate, and propose plans to mitigate project risks
- Respond promptly to risks as they arise and work toward resolution
6. Quality management:
- Develop processes and procedures to assure the quality of deliverables for the project
- Perform quality assurance activities to ensure standards are met
8. Transformation management
- Evaluate change requests and analyze impact on the project
- Develop strategies to minimize negative impact on the project
9. Closing:
- Review deliverables at project completion and perform appropriate handover
- Post-project review to identify areas for future improvement

- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in engineering management
- Familiarity with cloud-based information systems
- Effective communication and negotiation skills

【WANT】
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
