STREAMED is mainly used by accounting firms, and currently has over 5,400 accounting firms nationwide, and has received a high customer satisfaction rating of 94.5%, growing its business at an average rate of around 130% per year.
Meanwhile, the world that the company aims to create and realize with STREAMED does not end here, and the company wants to provide users with value that goes beyond the mere streamlining of input operations.

【Job Overview】
Klavis' STREAMED business offers a product called STREAMED, which streamlines back-office operations through the AIxBPOxSaaS angle.
STREAMED accurately and rapidly converts paper receipts, receipts, passbooks and other paper records of corporate money transactions into an accounting format known as journalization, using a successful combination of AI and BPO operator processing, with an accuracy rate of over 99.9%. The system is also used to convert money transactions into accounting format, such as journal entries, accurately and quickly.
As a result, 60% of the workload that users used to have to input journal entries while looking at paper has been reduced and users' work efficiency has been improved.

Currently, STREAMED is gaining more and more recognition in the market and its use, including by accounting firms, continues to grow. On the other hand, in order to further demonstrate its value as a product that contributes to the production success rate of back-office departments beyond the accounting domain, evolution is essential, and Klavis needs to draw on the full power of the STREAMED development team.

Looking for tech lead candidates who can drive development projects and support the growth of the engineering team, and in the future lead the team on the technical side of things.

STREAMED is divided into two main functions, each being developed by the Streamed team, which develops web systems for users such as accounting firms, and the Dock team, which develops systems to support data conversion. In this recruitment, you will be developing either or across the two, depending on your experience and suitability for the job.

The areas that each team is responsible for are.

The Streamed team is responsible for improving the systems used by users, creating and modifying journal entries and adding new functions, such as integration with various accounting software.
As STREAMED is a product that is deeply involved in the accounting domain, it is necessary to address various issues, such as legal compliance, as well as user-friendliness. For example, this includes changes to the taxation system, such as the invoice system that came into force in 2023. Accounting is an essential and important area for companies, and it is necessary to respond quickly to these external factors. They are working to evolve products that can continue to be used conveniently and with peace of mind by assessing priorities for development in areas such as user convenience and service improvement, as well as in areas that arise only in the field of accounting.

The Dock team is developing a system to convert paper into data, which is a core function of STREAMED.
The system is designed to maximize the capabilities and characteristics of operators and AI to ensure accurate and fast processing of STREAMED data. In addition, STREAMED is a product that has been developed since the founding of Klavis, and as a result of the continuous increase in the number of users, a larger volume of data than originally expected is now flowing in, and improvements are required to ensure continued stable operation. In the future, they are planning to rearchitect the system to scale by fundamentally reviewing the way data is converted to data.

This time, you will be working across one or both of these teams on various development projects and tackling technical issues. Specifically, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks.

Projects for the development of new functions and functional modifications
Rearchitecting and technical debt elimination projects to ensure stable system operation
System operations, such as handling enquiries and investigating errors
Initiatives to improve development productivity, such as improving the development environment
