半導体用粘接着フィルムの顧客課題解決技術サポート、及び銘柄開発
顧客への製品提案及び採用までの技術支援、顧客課題解決の為の技術支援、並びにそれを通じた顧客ニーズの聴取、銘柄開発を担当していただきます。

（１）化学（高分子合成 or 高分子物性）or 高分子フィルム製品 or 粘接着製品に関する知識、経験。
（２）半導体後工程材料の設計開発 or 電気電子用材料の設計開発
（３）半導体パッケージングプロセスの設計開発
（４）同僚、顧客、海外関係会社等と良好なコミュニケーションが取れ、未知の領域への挑戦を前向きに考え、行動できる能力
※TOEIC700点目安（英語でのコミニュケーションを行った経験＆行えるキャラクターを重視）
