- シニアスーパーバイザー/マネジャー (正社員) 製造部
勤務地

職務内容:
- 生産プロセスを管理して、生産計画に基づいた品種・数量の目標を達成させ、プロセス内の仕掛り品を平準化する。
- スタッフ管理を行い、オペレーターの多能工化とリーダーのチーム管理能力を向上を進める。
- 品質・効率・安全の維持や向上のため、設備や施設を管理する。
- 品質管理のため決められた項目を遵守するとともに、管理項目の最適化を図る。
- 部材発注を計画的に管理し、経費を削減する。
