Procurement & Logistic Specialist 
An established company that specialises in the distribution and trading of chemical products. They provide raw materials and specialty chemicals to various industries, focusing on delivering quality solutions and services to their clients globally.
Key responsibilities:

• Procure raw materials for industrial chemicals, focusing on cutting fluids for metals, through communication with distributors in Singapore and Japan.
• Manage export processes for finished products, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Handle import/export documentation and coordinate transportation arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Singapore Citizen / PR
• Experience in procurement and export operations; knowledge of industrial chemicals is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both local and international stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and logistics efficiently.
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a long-term commitment to the role.
• Japanese language is advantageous
