About the Senior Structural Engineer (PE) Role: 
You will be responsible for leading and delivering research, conceptual development, simulation, and actualization of modular building products. You will work closely with various departments and local authorities to provide technical expertise and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take on project management roles, guiding and supporting new employees.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues.

• Work with engineering partners and government authorities on product feasibility studies, localization, and approval

• Contribute to product improvement and development

• Document and present research findings and developments to stakeholders

• Develop schematic designs, layouts, calculations, technical reports, and specifications

• Perform simulations and structural calculations on modular buildings, creating reports using simulation programs

• Create design reports to address technical issues and endorse design and technical reports

• Ensure all work meets relevant regulations and standards

• Perform site inspections and surveys to determine engineering needs

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare feasibility reports

• Provide technical assistance throughout project phases

• Supervise and review the work of engineers in the project team

• Ensure project adherence to schedules

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building projects

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

• Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles, practices, and regulations

• Adaptable, strong leadership skills, good interpersonal communications skills, analytical and problem-solving, self-motivated, friendly, honest, team-player, humble, and able to think from a global perspective
