Our client is a prominent company specializing in the design, installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevator systems. Established with a focus on providing high-quality vertical transportation solutions, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in the industry.

Working Location: Yishun

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable / Convertible)

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, ensuring ongoing and proactive communication.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer support, technical) to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within assigned accounts to boost revenue.

• Propose new solutions to address evolving client needs.

• Negotiate contract renewals to maintain client satisfaction.

• Assist in creating strategic account plans to foster growth in key accounts.

• Create comprehensive service reports, detailing performance metrics, problem resolution, and client feedback.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer service, ideally in a technical or engineering-related industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle complex client issues with diplomacy, patience, and confidence, reflecting high professionalism.
