• 顧客ビジネス（アイウェア）プロセスを企業標準プロセスに適合させる
• SITおよびUATにおけるテストデータ、シナリオ、スクリプト作成を支援
• UATや欠陥管理プロセスにおける問題追跡・解決をサポート
• トレーニングマテリアルの準備および日本語への翻訳を担当、トレーニングセッションを実施
• プロジェクトドキュメント作成やステータスレポートの準備を支援
• ハイパーケアおよびテストフェーズでのシステム欠陥を特定しサポート

Job Description

• Work as Lead Functional Consultant for template rollout Project.
• 10+ years hands on experience in SAP Logistics & Supply Chain (SD/MM/EWM)
• Supporting the validation of the requirements and the closure of any open points from the
• Supply Chain and Logis-tics discovery sessions.
• Master data: support the team in the preparation of the master data (e.g. Product master for all product lines in scope, Assortment definition, etc.)
• Map the Customer business (eye wear) processes into the corporate standard processes.
• Support test data preparation, scenario and scripts for SIT and UAT. Support the teams in the execution of the UAT and defect management process (record open issues, track the resolution status etc.)
• Preparation and translation of training material into Japanese. Support the teams in the execution of training sessions.\Support preparation of project documentation (e.g. status report of the stream)
• Support the identification of the system defects during the hypercare and testing phase.

必須要件:

• SAP Logistics & Supply Chain (SD、MM、EWM) 分野での多国籍企業での実績
• 小売業におけるSAPグローバルテンプレートの展開経験
• 高度な技術的スキル、論理的思考、問題解決能力
• 日本語 (N1以上) での流暢なコミュニケーションスキル
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）

Qualification:

• A candidate with practical, hands-on experience and a proactive attitude towards directly engaging with systems to support business transformation is required.

• Proven experience in SAP Logistics & Supply Chain (SD, MM, EWM) roles within multinational corporations.

• Experience with SAP global template rollouts in the retail sector.

• Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• High fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory

Languages: Japanese Requirements: Fluent level japanese (N1)and above , Written and spoken English in Business level.
