Job Description
Position：Business Planning Manager
【Job Descriptions】
- 決算業務
- 財務諸表を日本本社の経理部門や現地会計事務所と調整しながら作成、報告
- 日本本社の関係部署と密にコミュニケーションをとり、現地の課題や状況などの報告
- 会計プロセスの改善
- 現地出納業務、資金繰りチェック及び資金ニーズの元となる見通し検証。
- 予算や中期計画が財務会計の評価に耐え得るかの検証及び、関係部署との調整
- メンバーの指導育成
- 新規事業やM&A時の会計まわりの取りまとめ
- その他アドホック業務

- レポート業務経験をお持ちであること
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要となるため）
