Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Power BI Operation Management:
- Manage and optimize Power BI service and report performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity across reports and dashboards
- Report Creation:
- Design, develop, and deploy engaging and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
- Support for Premium and Fabric Capacity:
- Assist in managing Premium and Fabric capacities to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot capacity-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Power Apps Development (Preferred):
- Develop and integrate Power Apps solutions to enhance data visualization and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Required Skills
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Japanese, JLPT N1 (written and spoken) to liaise with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Power BI operation management and report creation.
- Familiarity with managing Premium Capacity and Fabric Capacity in Power BI.
- Knowledge of Power Apps development is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
