建築基準法、規格、建築構造に関する知識
建築デザイン、インテリア、家具デザインに関する基本的な技術的理解
□ 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
□ 日本語：ビジネスレベル（N2相当）以上
【望ましいスキルと経験】
建築士免許
英語でのコミュニケーション能力
