School Driver

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transporting staff and students in the local area.
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• As part of the Enrichment team acting as base anchor, supporting medical or emergency situations that occur off campus.
• Interacting with staff in professional conduct.
• Working at night and on weekends.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gasoline and are always ready for use.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Updating monthly mileage records.
• Driving a variety of vehicles, including cars, minibuses and small (28-seater) coach

• A valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years’ driving experience.Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good verbal communication.
• Proficiency using GPS devices.
• Japanese language skills would be a definitely advantage.
