• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Consultant.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and experienced in BI dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, DOMO).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Project management and leadership abilities.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English skills.
