職務内容

• ネットワークおよびセキュリティ機器のインストール・保守・サポート
• オンプレミスやクラウド環境におけるネットワーク問題の分析・トラブルシューティング
• データセキュリティポリシーの実施と管理
• IT部門やエンドユーザーへのサポート提供
• 小規模な技術プロジェクトのリード
• ベンダーとの調整業務
• システムパフォーマンスの改善提案
• 新技術の評価・導入
• 必要に応じて、他のすべてのIT機能およびエンドユーザーに対してネットワークおよびセキュリティインフラストラクチャのサポートを提供する。

Responsibilities

• The Network Engineer should be able to perform the following essential activities under general direction:
• Installation, maintenance, and support of Network and Security Infrastructure device system software and hardware
• Analytics, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex Network and Security Infrastructure issues including on premise and cloud environments
• Administer the application of company data security policies
• Provide Network and Security Infrastructure support for all other IT functions and end users as required
• Complete project tasks and lead small technical projects
• Serve as a contact to vendors
• Make recommendations for improving system performance and uptime
• New technology evaluation and implementation

必須要件

• Cisco IOS/NX-OS、LAN Catalyst、Nexus、WAN ISR/ASRのデプロイメント経験
• BGP、EIGRP、OSPF、QoS/CoSの実装・トラブルシューティング経験
• 複雑なLAN/WANルーティングのトラブルシューティング能力
• CCNPレベルのスイッチング知識
• カスタマーサービス対応能力
• ServiceNowなどのチケッティングシステム使用経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語 (JLPT N2) および英語スキル

• Cisco認定のCCNP資格
• クラウド技術およびサービスプロバイダーの経験
• LAN/WAN/WLAN、ファイアウォール、DDI、NAC、ネットワーク監視ソリューションに関する経験

• Bachelors degree preferable in a computer-related field with 8-11 years experience in Network and Security technologies
• Cisco network experience working extensively with Cisco IOS and NX-OS, Cisco network design, TAC support experience, and deployment of Cisco LAN Catalyst and Nexus, WAN ISR and ASR products
•  Routing and Performance Experience Implementation and Troubleshooting of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and QoS/CoS Policies
• Troubleshooting Complex LAN and WAN routing, spanning trees and general network health problems. Experience in dealing with Service Providers for overseeing Layer 1, 2, 3 issues
• Knowledge of switching to CCNP level preferred
• Customer service skills
• Experience in working with an Enterprise Ticketing system such as ServiceNow, managing incident SLA™s and handling customer communications in a polite and detailed manner either via the ticketing system, chat tool or by phone
• Cisco Certifications CCNP or equivalent Preferred
• Effective English written and oral communication skills
• Experience within the following areas:  LAN/WAN/WLAN, Internet, Remote Access, Firewalls, Proxy, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), PAM (Privileged Access Management) NAC (Network Access Control), Network monitoring solutions
• Experience with Cloud technologies and providers

Japanese Languages: Business japanese level (JLPT N2) and business level english required
