職務内容
- 会社の制度会計(税務を含む)・管理会計の管理全般
- コーポレートガバナンス(J ー sox 含む)の管理・対応
- 東京証券取引所との折衝を含めた的確な適時開示
- 監査法人との良好なパートナーシップ構築
- ビジネスニーズと会計基準遵守の両立
- 監査役との適宜情報共有、及び有益なフィードバックを活かした業務改善
- 国税局等の税務調査対応
- ビジネス施策に応じた的確な会計処理
- タイムリーな月次、四半期、年次決算の遂行
- FP&A チームとの連携、実績からのインサイト見出と的確なビジネスアクションの促進
