Description

• Manage and oversee a team of two members in Japan.
• Collaborate with team managers to lead network operations in Japan and Korea.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Fortinet, and Cisco WLC.
• Utilize strong project and vendor management skills to deliver excellent IT services.
• Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English, bridging language barriers.

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise systems, network, and security, preferably in retail/B2C businesses.
• Preferred CCNP & ITIL certifications.
• Deep knowledge and extensive experience in IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Strong team management skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Familiarity with Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Fortinet, and Cisco WLC technologies.
