As an IT Service Delivery and Incident Management professional, you will oversee the smooth operation of IT services, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain strong partnerships with the Japanese supermarket chain, enabling efficient IT support for their joint operations.

Required Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT service delivery and incident management, preferably in the retail or ecommerce industry, with exposure to cross-cultural collaborations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL), incident management tools, and incident response best practices. Proficiency in coordinating incident resolution across technical teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • English and Japanese Fluency is a must.
