Description

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enforce security protocols and data protection measures.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and solutions

Required Skills

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Deploy and configure new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, user administration, and permissions management.
  • IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
