Description

• Establish and lead a Security and Incident Management team in the Japan office
• Develop and execute security incident response plans
• Detect, investigate, and report security incidents, implementing preventive measures
• Strengthen collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through security training
• Enhance IT management operations and governance
• Drive system development and operation based on DevOps, tailored to Japan's business environment
• Collaborate with the European headquarters on system and application development, implementation, and operations

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT security field
• Practical knowledge of incident response (3+ years)
• Experience in security auditing and risk assessment (3+ years)
• Business-level Japanese and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of AWS security-related services preferred
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent information security certification preferred
