職務内容

• プロジェクト計画、設計、開発、テスト、デプロイメントを含むSAP BODSソリューションのエンドツーエンドの実装を管理する。
• 顧客要件を収集・分析し、機能的・技術的仕様に変換するためのワークショップを実施する。
• SAP BODSを使用したデータ統合および移行ソリューションの設計および実装。
• 様々なソースからのデータをSAPシステムに統合するためのデータ抽出、変換、ローディング（ETL）プロセスを開発する。
• データクレンジングと検証プロセスを通じて、データの品質と一貫性を確保する。
• 既存のSAP BODS実装を最適化し、パフォーマンスとスケーラビリティを向上させる。
• SAP BODSソリューションの継続的なサポートとトラブルシューティングを提供し、問題を解決して円滑な運用を確保する。
• 設計仕様書、構成ガイド、ユーザーマニュアルを含む包括的なプロジェクト文書の作成
• 主要なマイルストーン、リスク、成果物に焦点を当てたプロジェクトステータスレポートを作成し、提示する。
• Business Objects Server (BO SS)コンポーネントの提案書の作成と提示を主業務とする。

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP BODS solutions, including project planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyse client requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and implement data integration and migration solutions using SAP BODS.
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into SAP systems.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through data cleansing and validation processes.
• Optimize existing SAP BODS implementations to enhance performance and scalability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BODS solutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Generate and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Create and present proposals for Business Objects Server (BO SS) components as a primary duty.

資格

• 情報技術、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号。
• SAP BODSのインプリメンテーションとコンサルティングにおける最低8-10年の詳細な経験。
• ETLプロセス、データ統合、データ品質、データ移行に関する深い理解。
• SAP BODSを使用したデータ抽出、変換、ローディング（ETL）の実績ある経験。
• 優れたプロジェクト管理スキルを有し、複雑なプロジェクトを期限内かつ予算内で主導し、遂行できること。
• 卓越したコミュニケーション能力を有し、英語に堪能であること。
• 強力なステークホルダー管理スキル
• 主体性と創造性を発揮し、プロジェクトに付加価値を与え、効果的に問題を解決できる。
• 大手多国籍企業（MNC）での勤務経験。
• SAP機能モジュールに関する確かな知識

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of detailed experience in SAP BODS implementation and consulting.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, data quality, and data migration.
• Proven experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SAP BODS.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English; Japanese language skills are an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and creativity, adding value to projects and solving problems effectively.
• Experience working in large multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Sound knowledge of SAP functional modules
