Job Description

• As a Senior Expert (Upgrade) you will be responsible for technical and architectural discussions with customers and developing solution roadmaps.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration paths, methodologies and tools.
• Ability to self-manage, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements.
• We can provide high-quality upgrades to ensure stable operation.
• Ability to handle system release upgrades and system conversions for various SAP components like S/4 HANA, Business Warehouse and Business Objects.
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, distributed team (remote).

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Expert - Upgrades, you will be responsible for the technical architectural and discussions with the customer, solution roadmap development.
• Comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.
• Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.
• Deliver high quality upgrades to ensure stable operations. 
• Ability to handle system release upgrades and system conversions for different SAP components like S/4 HANA, Business Warehouse, Business Objects.
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).

必須要件:

• SAP BASISの管理経験8年以上（SAPのアップグレードや移行作業に関連）
• SAPソリューション、製品、技術に関する豊富な知識
• リリースアップグレードやシステム移行の技術的計画、実装、設定経験
• アップグレード問題やパフォーマンス問題に関するトラブルシューティングスキル（SAPアプリケーションやデータベース層など）
• S/4HANAアーキテクチャや関連する移行パス、ツールに関する知識
• SUM、DMOなどのアップグレードツールの知識
• 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）

Qualification:

• 8+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience related to SAP revision upgrades and conversions.
• Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and technologies.
• Experience in technical planning, implementation and configuration for Release upgrade and System conversions.
• Troubleshooting skills related to upgrade issues, performance problems at different layers like SAP application & Databases.
• Good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and S/4HANA related migration paths and tools
• Should have knowledge on upgrade tools like SUM, DMO.
• Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English and Japanese.

Japanese Languages: Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English are required.
