仕事内容

• Anaplanの機能要件、非機能要件をクライアントやプロジェクトメンバーと共有。
• モジュールとプログラムの設計と開発
• UT、IT、STテストケースの開発
• UATのサポート
• 開発、メンテナンス、アップグレードプロジェクトにおける同様の関連業務

Job Description:

• Anaplan functional and non-functional requirements with the client or project members.
• Design and Development of modules and programs
• Developing UT, IT and ST Test Cases
• Supporting UAT
• Similar related activities on development, maintenance and upgrade projects.

資格

• 学士号または同等の学位が必要です。また、学歴の代わりに3年間の専門分野での実務経験も考慮します。
• インフォメーション・テクノロジーにおける7年以上の経験。
• 日本国籍および日本での就労資格をお持ちの方はご応募ください。現時点ではスポンサーになることはできません。
• Anaplanのコンフィギュレーション/インテグレーション/アップグレードプロジェクトにおける3年以上の経験。
• 日本語の読み書き（ネイティブまたはネイティブに近いレベル、N2またはN1レベル必須）。
• ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き
• アジャイルプロジェクト経験5年以上。

望ましい資格

• 多言語環境でのオンサイト/オフショアビジネスモデルプロジェクト経験5年以上。
• Anaplan認定資格
• 優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションスキル
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの経験
• 多様で複数のステークホルダーがいる環境でのチームワーク能力
• グローバルデリバリー環境での業務経験と意欲

日本語： 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語ビジネスレベル必須

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• At least 3 years of experience in Anaplan Configuration / Integration / Upgrade projects.
• Written and spoken Japanese (native or near-native level – N2 or N1 level is required).
• Written and spoken English in Business level.
• At least 5 years of experience in Agile projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in an onsite/offshore business model project with multilingual environment.
• Anaplan Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Japanese language: Japanese Business level and Business level English required.
