- Participate in all phases of the project (planning, design, testing, implementation)
- Deliver projects successfully while staying on schedule and on budget
- Support for risk management and problem solving
- Assistance in creating project documentation
- Post-operation follow-up (hyper care)
- Promoting smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Job Description:
Project Lifecycle Management:
- Engage and support all project phases, including planning, analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the project delivers the agreed scope to the required quality standards within time and cost constraints.
Documentation and Support:
- Actively manage the risk and issue log alongside the project dependencies
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation as needed.
- Support the project team the throughout entire project lifecycle and post go-live hypercare
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build effective relationships with internal & 3rd party stakeholders.

Required Skills
Requirements:
- SFDC/Veeva RIM Experience
- Over 10 years of project management experience
- Stakeholder Management Skills
- Project management and client relations experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
- Problem-solving and technical skills
- Fluent Japanese and business level English
- Familiarity with Veeva RIM or Pharma Regulatory RIM products
Qualification:
- SFDC/Veeva RIM experience with strong Project Management Skills.
- Project Management Experience – 10+ yrs.
- Work Location: Onsite
- A candidate Proven experience in similar roles with strong stake holder management skills.
- Experience in Life Science/Pharma sector, front ending the client for project Management and co-ordination activities.
- Veeva RIM(Ideal) or Pharma Regulatory – Expertise in any other product in RIM area.
- Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Japanese language: Japanese Fluent level and Business level English required.
