• プロジェクトの全フェーズに参加（計画、設計、テスト、導入）
• 予算とスケジュールを守り、プロジェクトを成功に導く
• リスク管理と課題の解決をサポート
• プロジェクトドキュメントの作成を支援
• 稼働後のフォローアップ（ハイパーケア）を実施
• 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑な連携を推進

Job Description:

• Project Lifecycle Management:

  • Engage and support all project phases, including planning, analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure the project delivers the agreed scope to the required quality standards within time and cost constraints.

• Documentation and Support:

  • Actively manage the risk and issue log alongside the project dependencies
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation as needed.
  • Support the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle and post go-live hypercare

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build effective relationships with internal & 3rd party stakeholders.

必須要件：

• SFDC/Veeva RIMの経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験10年以上
• ステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
• ライフサイエンス/製薬業界でのプロジェクト管理やクライアント対応経験
• 問題解決能力と技術的スキル
• 流暢な日本語とビジネスレベルの英語力
• Veeva RIMまたはPharma RegulatoryのRIM製品に精通

 Qualification:

• SFDC/Veeva RIM experience with strong Project Management Skills.
• Project Management Experience – 10+ yrs.
•  Work Location: Onsite
• A candidate Proven experience in similar roles with strong stake holder management skills.
  • Experience in Life Science/Pharma sector, front ending the client for project Management and co-ordination activities.
  • Veeva RIM(Ideal) or Pharma Regulatory – Expertise in any other product in RIM area.
  • Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Japanese language: Japanese Fluent level and Business level English required.
