- Lead the development and optimization of core BNPL services, focusing on customer and merchant experiences.
- Collaborate with the Vice President and other stakeholders to define product requirements and manage risks.
- Oversee feature development, integration, and post-launch optimization, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with goals.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and prioritization.
- Analyze user behavior and track product performance using tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
- Require at least five years of experience in Product Management, particularly in fintech, retail, or banking.
- Proficiency in mobile application design, software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and A/B testing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Japanese.
- Preferred: postgraduate degree (MBA), experience in cloud technologies, APIs, and data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python).
