[Localization team lead] Manga / Game / overseas expansion Exclusive job

As a leader overseeing translation project managements, you will be responsible for management in the translation business.
This is a challenging and rewarding job where you will be involved in the process of delivering content from major Japanese publishers, overseas Webtoon studios, game companies, etc. to the world.

Specific duties include
- Management of translation projects
- Review of business processes to improve translation quality and efficiency
- Proofreading of translations and scoring of translation tests
- Management of outsourcing partners (quality, cost, resources)
- Management of project managers

* We are looking for someone who can come to our Shibuya office.

[Required Skills and Experience  ]  
- Experience as a manager or leader in any industry

- Professional experience in editing and translation work
- Business level Japanese conversation
- Native level of English conversation
