Description

This role will be the first hire in Japan and they are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join their team. You will have the chance to create stronger presence of their company and be the trailblazer to establish the Japan market. Reporting to the Head of APAC, the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and expanding business in Japan
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Identifying new opportunities for growth, including new customers and untapped markets
• Collaborate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions to clients needs
• Managing distributors and also handling direct sales

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Min. 10 years of experience in machining, tooling, CNC equipment or precision manufacturing preferred
• Understanding of machining process or high-speed CNC machines
• Fluency in Japanese and English required
• Strong network with Industrial clients
