Job Description

• As a senior expert, you will be responsible for technical and architectural discussions with customers and solution roadmap development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion and migration paths.
• Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, networking and virtualization technologies (load balancers, virtual machines etc.).
• Ability to own, lead and coordinate migration related tasks and activities.

• Comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and migration path.
• Understanding of SAP's high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtualization technologies (eg, loadbalancer, virtual machine etc.).
• Ability to own, lead and coordinate migration related tasks and activities.

• Minimum 8 years of SAP technical administration experience (preferably in SAP Basis skills area)
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, distributed team (remote).
• Familiarity with SAP solutions, products and cloud technologies.
• Ability to coordinate project delivery as a technical lead in a heterogeneous environment.
• Extensive knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, migration paths and tools.
• Experience in conducting at least one Brownfield OS/DB Migration to a Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Conversion and OS/DB Migration is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for discussions related to migration projects, if required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese

Japanese: Fluent Japanese and business level English required.

Qualification:

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP Technical Administration (preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill)
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).
• Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to coordinate delivery of projects as a technical lead in a heterogeneous environment.
• Good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and migration paths and tools.
• Experience on at least 1 Brownfield OS/DB migration to any hyperscalers (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Certified on SAP S/4HANA conversion and OS/DB Migrations will be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to the customer for migration project related discussions if required.
• Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English and Japanese

Japanese Languages: Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English are required.
