The team is responsible for trade capture, allocation, reconciliation, settlement monitoring and new account and product setup and maintenance. Team works closely with traders, sales and other internal teams of offer client-first post trade services.

Description

Trade Capture Reconciliations

• Trade capture and booking of Japanese and Foreign markets for Japanese investors and brokers in domestic securities entity.
• Verification and sending pre-confirmations/statement to clients.
• Reconciliation of booking / positions / market transaction data
• Monitoring and processing of Life Cycle Events, Coupon, Dividend, Corporate Action, Monthly Billing for securities loan/borrowing or Repo trades and etc.

Settlement monitoring and follow ups

• Liaise with local and global settlement teams to ensure smooth settlements
• Confirm cash and margin /collateral payment amount with clients and monitor released instructions

New account setup and maintenance

• Raise an account opening request and follow up static data maintenance for new clients

Product code set up

• Set up a new product and updates in internal system for cash Equity and Fixed Income

• Verbal and Written skill in English and Japanese
• 2 years experiences minimum in financial industries
• Middle Office (Trade capture, allocation or settlement monitoring) experience is preferred
• JSDA Class 1 and 2 are preferred
