Java Spring Developer with Basic Japanese

The Role

• Develop and manage both client and web-based applications for global implementation.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Design system architecture as part of an Agile development team.
• Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Plan and manage system testing cycles, ensuring high-quality implementations.
  Collaborate with various IT departments on project requirements and integration.
  Lead and mentor junior developers while overseeing project milestones.

Your Skills

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese or business-level English with intermediate Japanese
• Experience in programming (Java, Python) across various OS environments
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies, with expertise in tools like GIT, Jenkins, and SonarQube
• Experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring) and database management (preferably SQL Server)
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
