Residential Rental Agent or Manager (6m-10m/year)

Role Overview:

MetroResidences, a Singapore Headquartered company specializing in flexible rentals, is expanding its real estate brokerage business and growing its team. We are seeking 4 experienced Real Estate Agents to handle property proposals and secure rental contracts in central Tokyo's most sought-after areas, including Minato, Chuo, and Shibuya wards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the Tokyo premium rental market, excellent customer service skills, and a solid track record in rental and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Rentals: Oversee leasing process for residential properties, including handling lease applications, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
• Client Relations: Develop and sustain strong client relationships by offering expert guidance and support throughout the leasing process, including assistance with insurance services such as fire insurance for new tenants.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively marketed to potential buyers or renters.
• Networking: Expand your professional network by attending industry events, building partnerships with other real estate professionals, and leveraging existing contacts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in real estate, preferably in the Tokyo market.
• Language: Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
• Real Estate License: Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken) license is preferred.
• Driver’s License: Required, preferably with automatic transmission.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Annual Sales: JPY 16,000,000 - 20,000,000
• Base salary: ~JPY 4,000,000 -
• Estimated Commission: JPY 2,400,000 - 3,000,000
• Total Estimated package: JPY 6,400,000 - 7,000,000

• Base salary: ~JPY 5,000,000
• Estimated Commission: JPY 2,400,000 - 4,800,000
• Total Estimated package: JPY 7,400,000 - 10,800,000
