Senior Infra Lead

インフラ要件 
- オンプレミス/クラウド基盤のプロジェクトをリード、管理し、成功裏にタイムリーに実行する。
- 様々なアプリケーションをオンプレミス環境からAWSクラウドへ移行する際に、AWS、AD、ネットワーク、ITセキュリティに関する技術的専門知識を提供する。
オンプレミス環境からAWSクラウドへの様々なアプリケーションの移行を実施しながら、AWS、AD、ネットワーク、ITセキュリティに関する技術的な専門知識を提供する。
- クラウドネットワーキングに関する理解と専門知識。
セキュリティスキャンの支援 
技術指導とサポート 
- ベストプラクティスと標準の遵守を保証し、技術的なガイダンスを提供する。

- トラブルシューティングと問題解決を効率的にサポートする。
チームコラボレーション 
- サーバー・サポート/データベース/アプリケーション・チーム、ネットワーク・エンジニア、セキュリティ・スペシャリストなど、他のITチームを含む部門横断的なチームと緊密に連携する。

- クラウド移行の実践やAWSツールについて、若手チームメンバーや顧客にトレーニングや指導を行う。

ドキュメンテーション 
- 移行プロセスの全側面を網羅した詳細な技術文書を日本語と英語で作成する。
マイグレーションプロセスの全側面をカバーする。
クライアントとのリエゾン 
- クライアントとテクニカルチーム間のリエゾンとして、明確なコミュニケーションを図り、クライアントの期待に応えます。

• Lead and manage on-prem / cloud infra projects, ensuring successful and timely execution. 
• Provide technical expertise in AWS, AD, network and IT security while performing migration 
of various applications from on-premises environments to AWS Cloud. 
• Understanding and expertise in cloud networking, including monitoring, issue analysis and 
capabilities to aid on Security scanning. 
Technical Guidance and Support: 
• Offer technical guidance as a delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices and 
standards. 
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution efficiently. 
Team Collaboration: 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other IT teams like Server support/ 
Database/Application teams, network engineers, and security specialists, to ensure 
seamless migration and integration. 
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and clients on cloud migration 
practices and AWS tools. 
Documentation: 
• Create detailed technical documentation in both English and Japanese, covering all 
aspects of the migration process. 
Client Liaison: 
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication and 
manage client expectations. 
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction . 

- 情報技術、コンピュータ・サイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号取得者。
学士号 
- 優れた対人能力およびコミュニケーション能力を有し、人間関係を構築できる、 
効果的な成果をもたらすことができる。
- AWSクラウド、Active Directory、ネットワーキング、ITセキュリティのいずれか、またはその組み合わせに関連する資格。
セキュリティ 
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること（読み書き、会話）。

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related 
discipline. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships, 
influence outcomes, and deliver effectively. 
• Certification related to either or combination of AWS Cloud, Active Directory, Networking, IT 
security. 
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
