営業職として、新規顧客開拓を中心に業務を実施して頂くポジションです。
・新規顧客獲得
韓国人サークルなど、コミュニティへ積極的に参加し、人脈拡大。
・お客様の要望に合わせて、サービス紹介。
EX)韓国人駐在員用アパート(リクエストを確認→インド人スタッフへ英語で的確に指示→お客様と内覧同行→利用アパート確定後、オーナーと交渉)
・既存顧客への定期的なサービス紹介。
※一般住居の仲介に慣れていただいた後はオフィス仲介を担当いただく場合もございます。
