We are looking for real estate acquisition and asset management manager/senior manager/assistant director to join our team. You will work directly with CFO to grow Section L’s hotels and apartments pipeline across Japan and asset manage our existing properties.

What you will do

• Financial modelling, valuation and analysis for potential projects
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Develop project concepts and create management proposals for potential investors
• Develop deep relationships with key strategic clients and stakeholders
• Deal execution including negotiation and documentation (HMA, lease agreement, investment agreement, etc)
• Asset manage/review monthly reports for our hotels and apartments under management
• Support Project Management team for new projects and help with opening

The Must-Haves

• 7+ years of financial modeling / analysis experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good understanding of Japanese real estate industry (Hold Takken license)
• Good understanding of the hospitality investment, valuation, acquisition, development, and asset management processes
• Full written and oral fluency in English and Japanese
