会員向けのブランディングやイベント、シーズナルのイベント等におけるビジュアル作成やスタイルガイドの作成を行っているチームにて、
以下の業務をメインにお任せいたします。
Responsibilities：
1. Design and create mockups for outdoor advertisements, digital ads and traffic banners.
2. Finalize print materials and ensure color accuracy.
3. Support Group Creative Director and Art Director on entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts…etc.
4. Support Art Director for offline photo shoots.
5. Archive and deliver final creative assets.
6. Collaborate closely with the Production team and the Video Creative Studio team on assigned tasks.

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・3+ years of design industry experience.
・Excellent attention to detail and ability to take creative projects all the way to final delivery.
・Language: Business level English and Japanese.
・Expert in the print design and digital design.
・Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
【歓迎要件】
・Work experience as an art director.
・Experience in photo art direction.
・Experience in branding and 360 digital ad campaigns.
・Experience with motion design is a bonus.
・Beginner knowledge or more in Figma.
