【具体的には】
※ご経験とご志向性を基に以下業務の中で、いくつかのプロジェクトに従事いただく想定。
・人事評価制度の設計・運用
-評価制度の運用や制度運用フローの改善
-制度そのものの改善設計 等
・人的資本経営支援
-人的資本データの管理や活用企画
-参画しているコンソーシアムの活動
-社内サーベイの運営・活用 等
・適正配置の制度運用
-シャインアップ(人材開発)会議や社内公募制度など、配置に関わる制度の設計・運用 等
