International Sales－Mexico 【Native Spanish+JLPTN2以上】

We are seeking an additional member to join our overseas sales team in Osaka Japan.

In this position

You will be primarily responsible for expanding our sales in the Mexican market. This will be done through:

• Educating and negotiating with potential customers
• Managing relationships with dealers (代理店)
• Discovering new potential markets
• Making frequent business trips abroad (5-6 trips per year)

About the Team

As part of our overseas division, you will join a small (~15 member) but diverse international team, with team members from 9 different countries (America, France, Germany, Mexico, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan). Nearly all internal communication will be conducted in Japanese, however communication with clients and dealers will be conducted in Spanish/English. (You are free to communicate with coworkers in whatever language you are most comfortable.)

　想定年収450万円～550万円
　月額（基本給）：200,000円～350,000円
　固定残業手当/月：33,000円（固定残業時間20時間0分/月～20時間0分/月）
　超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給
　昇給：あり
　残業：あり

　＜給与補足＞
　・残業：営業社員は、平日の時間外手当は営業手当と営業奨励金（33,000円）に充当。固定残業代を超える労働を行った場合は別途残業代を支給。
　・手当：独自で営業展開・市場開拓できる社員は営業手当増額（18,000円⇒23,000円）

　9:00～17:35（休憩45分）
　残業時間：月平均20時間程度

　完全週休2日制（休日は土日祝日）

Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker
• JLPT N2 or higher preferred
• Business level English
• Knowledge of Mexican culture/business culture
• Currently residing in Japan

Other Desired Skills:

• Sales experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
