• Product Development: Identifying and developing new applications for specialty chemicals, particularly in the areas of solvents, surfactants, and lubricants.
• Market Analysis: Understanding market dynamics and customer needs to tailor product development efforts.
• Technical Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of specialty chemicals and their properties.
• Project Management: Leading and managing projects related to product development and customer applications.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, commercial, and channel partners.

• Understanding of specialty chemicals, particularly products such as solvents, surfactants, or lubricants.
• At least 2 years of experience in applications development for home care, industrial & institutional cleaning, or lubricants.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English: Business level
